Seychelles
When you think of romance, you think of the Seychelles islands! The amazing coral reefs are visible through the blue green water and the white powdery beaches are perfect for walking or tanning! The Seychelles are located east of Kenya and have a famous fruit called the “coco de mer” (double coconut) that emphasizes why these islands are so seductive!

This island chain is made up of 115 islands although only a few of them are actually inhabited. Most of the population is located on the main island of Mahé and Creole, English, and French are all spoken on the island.
The islands are quite hot and humid year round and the annual average temperature is around 84°F (29°C). The average sea temperature is almost the same and rarely drops below 81°F (27°C). Tourists don’t fry in the sun on the Seychelles, however, because the sea breeze is refreshing and makes it feel cooler. There are rarely any storms in the Seychelles because it is not located within the hurricane belt making it a perfect honeymoon destination for those who marry June through November. The rainy season is January and February, but that isn’t a big deal either because usually one side of the island is sunny while the other side is raining!
The resorts are one of a kind and draw many honeymooners, divers and tourists each and every year. No matter whether you are visiting to celebrate your marriage or anniversary or are looking for the vacation of a lifetime, you will surely find it on the shore of the Seychelles.
