Turks and Caicos

There are more than 40 different islands and cays that make up the Turks and Caicos. However, there are only 8 that are actually inhabited. The islands and people are quite diverse, making the Turks and Caicos and interesting and fun place to visit. Some of the most popular places to visit that all offer different experiences include Providenciales and Capital Island. No matter how different the islands are there is one thing that is the same and that is the beauty and serenity of the beaches!

The most well known island is Providenciales and is where most of the tourist activity takes place. Considering the tourism here there are many restaurants, resorts, and activities.

Those looking for some Caribbean history will enjoy visiting Grand Turk and Salt Cay. This is one of the best places for diving, too, in the island chain. Tourists who enjoy the great outdoors and wildlife will find the middle Caicos and North Caicos with their caves, woodlands, and plant and birdlife enjoyable. Fishing is best at South Caicos and many catch lobster and conch here. Pine Cay and Parrot Cay are privately owned and have exclusive resorts that are amazing and very private.
